The Phase 2A admin system is internal only and uses role-based access control.
Final Belgian/EU legal review and NL/FR translations are required before public contributor accounts.
Public submissions are voluntary no-account records reviewed before publication.
Graffiti, mural, wall, workshop, or public-space mission proposals must not imply permission until owner, venue, or municipality approval is recorded.
Contributors must not submit exact sensitive wildlife locations, personal data about others, or third-party media without permission.
Takedown, correction, licensing, and data-subject requests should be sent to [email protected] until a dedicated mailbox is assigned.

Public contributions are reviewed, may be edited for clarity and safety, and are not published automatically.
